Meet Our Little Elm Dental Team

Adriana, Insurance Coordinator

Adriana has spent her entire dental career with us, and nothing makes her happier than helping our patients achieve their smile goals while staying comfortably on budget. She is currently attending Collin College and has completed many continuing education courses so she’s able to offer even better service to our patients.

Adriana loves to read and collects antique books—she owns over 690, with the oldest being a copy of The Divine Comedy from 1862.

Dasney, Treatment Coordinator

Dasney joined us in 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience to our team. She says that the most fulfilling part of her job is getting to be a part of someone's journey to better oral health and confidence. A graduate of Indiana University, she started her career as a dental assistant and went on to earn her Expanded Functions certification (the highest level of distinction a dental assistant can achieve).

Dasney has two awesome teenagers, and together, they like to try new recipes and compete on who can cook the best dish! She is currently exploring kickboxing as a new way to stay active and get out of her comfort zone.

Hope, Registered Dental Assistant

Hope loves seeing our patients’ confidence grow as we enhance their smiles, and nothing is more rewarding than watching relief wash over someone after we’ve stopped their pain. She started her dental career with us and is currently studying to become a dental hygienist.

Originally from Denton, most of Hope’s free time is dedicated to her son, playing Fortnite or binge-watching various shows. To balance this, she also spends quite a bit of time at the gym!
